What is Google Cardboard?


Designed by Google, Cardboard is the simplest and most affordable way to experience virtual reality content using the smartphone you already own. By simply inserting your phone into the viewer and downloading from dozens of available specially created VR apps from your App Store or Play store, you'll be experiencing VR without shelling out hundreds of dollars for other VR viewers.

Do I have to assemble my viewer?


Our V2 viewers come fully pre-assembled as per Google's design and our Pop-Up viewers assemble in seconds.




Will it work with my phone?


Our viewers work with Android devices and iPhones 4-6.5" in screen size and support dozens of VR apps including Youtube, Vrse, Matterport and more!




What is the unit cost for custom branded viewers?


Contact us via the form below with your requirements for a quote and we will do our best to work with your budget. Of course, larger volume orders provide the lowest per unit cost. We strive to get back to people the same day and usually within 4 hours.




Is there a minimum quantity order?


For custom full-colour work, the short answer is yes, 100 units. The longer answer is that our process for custom work provides the best cost per unit at volumes of 500 units or greater. Hence when factoring in the setup, smaller volumes can be more expensive per unit.

Can you help me with the design of my viewer and/or with using the template?


For sure! We're happy to help. If you don't have someone in-house, our designers can help you put your artwork and brand elements on our template. We don't charge any additional fees for this as long as the design is reasonably simple and straight forward.




How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?


For most orders, we offer free shipping in Canada, the U.S, and globally! Shipping times vary based on the order quantity, type of product, and destination. Here are our average delivery times for 300 to 1000 units as an example: Product Expected Arrival* Custom Viewer 300 units Order 12-14 Business days from final artwork submission Custom Viewer 500 units Order 14-16 Business days from final artwork submission Custom Viewer 1000 units Order 18-21 Business days from final artwork submission Denotes typical combined production and shipping times from date of order artwork approval. (However we are currently seeing shipping delays due to Covid-19, see below)




Which payment methods do you accept?


Our system supports easy online payments via Credit card and this is our preferred method for most orders. However, we can also accept payment by bank/wire transfer if your organization has restrictions around permitted methods of payment.




Do you ship to the U.S and Internationally?


We do, and it works pretty much the same way. We ship to most locations globally for free.




I need these in a hurry. Do you offer rush production and delivery?


For custom work, we can usually shave 3-5 days off production and delivery times in a pinch, but anything more is harder to guarantee. Contact us ASAP if you have a looming deadline.




Can you send me a sample?


Of course. We can make you a fully custom sample from your own design or send you a sample from a previous customer job. Just get in touch with us.




When will I receive my custom sample?


Around 10-12 days after artwork approval.




I don't have time for a custom sample, can I just place my full order immediately?


Yes, you can. We will still send you a digital proof for your approval. We will also do our best to inspect the first few units produced to spot any unexpected printing anomalies prior to producing the full batch. That said, a custom sample can be a great option if you want to potentially tweak your design once you see it live or if you're pitching your campaign idea and need a prototype.




Do you offer double-sided printing, Varnish/UV treatment, PMS colour matching, or other special printing options?


Yes. We accommodate a variety of custom design requests and encourage you to reach out to see if we can do what you're thinking!




I'm having trouble scanning the QR code during setup.

Have your shipping times been affected by COVID19?


The current Covid-19 pandemic has impacted almost every facet of our lives and just like every other industry that is reliant on shipping, we are seeing delays in shipping due to COVID19. While we are still able to produce and ship out orders on time, we cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date as most major carriers like Canada Post, UPS and FedEx are experiencing shipping delays and have suspended their service guarantees. Once your order leaves our facilities and is with the carrier, we do not have any control on its arrival time.
